Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, with numerous beneficial characteristics; such as an extraordinary quality of relaxation and increased responsiveness to suggestion. When in hypnosis, people tend to feel physically relaxed and mentally present.

We are only using a fraction of your mind power.

So much of our healing and creative forces have been rendered incapacitated (or limited) because somehow we picked up the belief that we are not good enough, not creative enough, not strong enough, or that things we want are impossible.

But what if we can use our own brain power to attain the goals we want to reach?

Imagine what life would feel, smell like, if you did not smoke?

What will you do with your life when you lose the weight that is tying you down?

What doors are opening for you when you pass this upcoming exam, or when you present all the information you have in an adequate way?

How different can your life be when you build your confidence in yourself in preparing for childbirth, a surgery, or invasive treatment?

What could happen if you are fully invested in the healing process, and support your treatment with your whole being?

How can your life be different, when you use the power of your own subconscious mind?

Through a series of 5-10 weekly or bi-weekly hypnotherapy sessions, we can work on your own specific goal. Each session is different, and focuses on a different angle of your personal goal. Sessions are tailored to your own personal needs.

Medical Support Hypnotherapy supports the patient, and is used in conjunction with medical treatment. It will not take the place of any treatment. However, it helps to align your body, mind and spirit in the healing process. A note from your doctor will be required to approve Hypnotherapy as a support to treatment.
