I offer a six-week class specifically designed for people experiencing depression and anxiety and wanting to know more about their Extra Sensory Abilities.

This class will teach you strategies to use in your everyday life.

The class meets every Tuesday at 5 PST, 6 MST, 7 Central, 8 East Coast for 2 hours.

Here’s the course outline.

In Week 1, we will learn how to ground, recognize, manage, and release the tension and anxiety in our bodies. We also will learn to recharge ourselves, especially when we feel tired and depleted, out of it, or unfocused.

During Week 2, we will learn how to center ourselves. We will also practice recognizing which energies in our body are ours, which ones are not, and what to do with them.

In Week 3, we will learn how to use healing energies from the earth and the cosmos, allowing us to eliminate the depression that has settled in our bones.

In Week 4, we will learn to focus on the space around us (our aura) and how to pay attention to our senses and extra-sensory abilities.

In Week 5, we will learn about defining and protecting ourselves. If you are somebody who seems to pick up emotions from others or gives themself away, this class is crucial in discovering the energetic mechanics of boundaries.

In the last class, we learn how to tie everything together and create what we want for ourselves on an energetic level.

Thursdays are special.

On every Thursday night at the same time, there will be a one-hour guided meditation, practicing all the skills you learned.

This guided meditation is also a good time to brag about what you have noticed and created for yourself.

Guided meditation on Thursdays is for people who have completed at least Week 3.

More classes are available for groups of six or more.
